What happens in the brain after a mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) under the influence of alcohol?
Who can participate?
- 18 – 60 years old
- mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) with clinical diagnosis
- alcohol consumption prior to the injury
- available for an appointment within 72 hours after the injury
Additionally, friends without a brain injury – but with similar alcohol consumption – can participate in the control group!
What does a study day look like?
Visit the study site (within up to 72 hours) for approximately 90 minutes.
